Ok, great, so you tied a camera to a bunch of balloons or something-that's obvious. How did you get the camera back without it falling and being broken is my question.
I am thinking that there is fishing line involved, I would guess around 8-12 pound test, maybe even a monofilament. Either that or magic. That is my best educated guess.
